Remodeled historical bungalow with large rooms. Two of which have king beds. One with a walk in closet, allowing for ample storage. One bedroom with a queen bed and walk in closet with en suite bathroom. There is a loft space included in the bedroom with two twin beds, great for your older kids or young adults. (Built in permanent ladder to get to loft for access) Home offers deck in the back of the home, and a fully enclosed backyard across from the River Row Boat house. Perfect for summer night entertaining.

We offer a unique experience for all guests while they stay in our remodeled bungalow. Your guest experience is our number one priority. While it is remodeled, this is an old home. The loft is a perfect getaway space for young adults, but do use caution, as it is open. We want our guests to experience all Frankfort has to offer. It is a beautiful, lively city with many great restaurants and activities for all to enjoy!! Are you interested in having an event? We offer a key code at the back door, within steps of parking. Our home river adjacent, allowing you to enjoy water views with the public deck and walkway down to the Kentucky River. The Boat House offers kayak rentals during the summer.
