This place was absolutely fantastic. The outdoor playground in the backyard was a huge hit. So was the hot tub and the game in one of the guest bedrooms. Our kiddo had the best time and we would definitely stay here again.

Carlos was very responsive and had great food recommendations when we asked. The place was spotless and a great home. very comfortable and fully outfitted. Hot tub was a plus!! would strongly recommend perfect location for doing the bourbon trail.

Incredible home for a bachelorette weekend at The Derby. Very convenient, clean, aesthetically pleasing, spacious, and fun. The entertainment area very cute to host a Mint Julip Bar. Host was very accommodating. Beds were super comfortable for all 10 guests. We definitely will rebook again when going to the Derby.

We stayed here for our trip to Kentucky for the derby and nearby horse farms. House was perfect for our group of 5. The house was very clean and with everything needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This was such a wonderful Airbnb to stay in. I had to work from home a lot of the time I was there and it was very quiet, peaceful and comfortable. My dogs especially liked the backyard! overall a 10/10 and I will definitely be staying here for my next work trip!

Fantastic place to stay very close to historic downtown and most attractions were only a 30 minute drive. Perfect backyard for your pet. There are no holes in the fences, but, we did ask Carlos to fix the latch on the fence to the outside entrance of the yard because it was not fastening properly or securely, and he responded positively that he would look into it. I wouldn't want anyone to lose their dog. The place was immaculate. We loved the large deck, fire pit and hot tub. The small touches were really nice too like monogramed bath robes, coasters and wine glasses. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. The kitchen even had a bunch of spices for cooking. A very nice walkable neighborhood. Quiet at night. The neighbors are also very pleasant. Carlos was very nice and responded quickly to my messages. I will definitely be booking this again on my future trips to Lexington to visit my daughter.

Quiet, peaceful location at the end of a dead end street. Quiet neighbors. Was nice to walk along the farm on the next street over. Nice view of college campus buildings a block away as we drove through or walked about with our dogs. Usable EV charger was a big plus for us. Place was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5 and dogs as we visited nearby sites. Was nice to come back and relax at this home. Would have stayed longer if it was available. Easy check-in and and very simple check-out. Carlos was very attentive, not that we needed him during our stay.

This was the absolute perfect AirB&B for our crew. Plenty of bedrooms and comfy king size beds. The Kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed, even a spice rack. The host also left us some special goodies! I forgot my steamer and this Air B& B had a steamer and iron! The outside back-yard was superb. We enjoyed the hot tub and could watch tv while in the tub. Loved sitting outside by the fire while the boys played basketball. Georgetown is such a quaint town and we ate at the local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and use this host. I had sent an email and he responded immediately. Very impressed.

The Luxe was a great property for us during our visit to the Lexington area. The house was well-appointed, everything was clean, and the beds were supremely comfortable. Carlos is easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. I highly recommend staying here!
