Guests have exclusive access to the private third-floor studio apartment at The Luxe @ South Hamilton, located inside one of Georgetown's oldest historic homes. During your stay, you'll enjoy the entire studio, including a comfortable sleeping area, kitchenette, private bathroom, and your own private outdoor patio. Guests are also welcome to relax in the shared backyard, a peaceful outdoor space available to everyone staying at the property. Please note this is a historic mixed-use building. The Luxe at APG offices are located on the first floor during normal business hours, and a separate 2-bedroom Airbnb apartment occupies the second floor. Your studio is completely private, and all guests have their own dedicated living spaces while sharing only the outdoor common area.
