The building is home to The Luxe at APG offices on the first floor, your private 2-bedroom apartment on the second floor, and a separate studio apartment on the third floor. The backyard is a shared outdoor space for all guests and occupants to enjoy. Parking: Free street parking is available directly in front of the building, and there are typically plenty of spaces nearby. If needed, a free public parking lot is conveniently located just behind the building, only a short walk from the entrance. One of the best parts of staying here is the location. Step outside and you're just a short walk from Georgetown's historic downtown, where you'll find locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, breweries, seasonal festivals, and Georgetown College. You'll also have access to the shared backyard, a peaceful outdoor space where guests can relax, enjoy a morning coffee, or unwind after exploring Historic Downtown Georgetown. Please note that this is a mixed-use historic building. The Luxe at APG offices are located on the first floor and operate during normal business hours. A separate private studio Airbnb is located on the third floor and may be occupied by other guests. Each accommodation has its own private entrance and living space, with only the backyard serving as a shared common area.
