This was one of the best houses we have ever rented. The house had everything we needed plus more. Carlos really thought of everything that made the stay nicer and with extras that we didn't need to bring.

We stayed at Carlos’ home for a work trip- it met our needs with the multiple private rooms and spacious bathrooms. We had no issues but when e did reach out to Carlos, he was super quick to answer. The treats they left for us were a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay! Carlos was a wonderful host, responsive and welcoming. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental. After long days at the horse park, the hot tub was absolutely perfect. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Such a cute and cozy place to stay!! Rooms are big! The beds were comfy, sheets felt amazing! Check in and check out was super easy!! All in all a great place to stay!!

Great home base while competing at the KHP. House was well stocked with kitchen essentials, easy to make breakfasts and dinners after long days. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe, yet still just one minute from the highway for an easy commute. House was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are a little dated (the listing pictures are accurate) but everything felt well scrubbed and was perfectly functional.
Only minor complaint would be that they could use room darkening curtains in the double bedroom. The blinds don’t give quite enough coverage for the bed directly under the windows.
Nice that the three bedrooms and lounge upstairs gives lots of room for a group to have some privacy. Would definitely book again next time we are at the KHP!

We really enjoyed staying here and had plenty of space for our group! The house has been nicely decorated and looks just like the photos. The outdoor space was fun to use and the lounge was a fun space to hang out! The location was convenient for us to get to the Kentucky Horse Park as well. We would stay here again!

The Back Nine is one of the best places I’ve stayed in. Carlos is an awesome host, very responsive and helpful! The place is super nice, well stocked, and perfect for us and our sport dogs. They even had a snack basket for us! The hot tub is glorious. We will be back!!

This was the perfect place to stay for our bachelor trip! Located close to Lexington in many major distilleries/Kentucky excursions. The venue was so nice had so many amenities. Carlos was a great host and was quick to respond for anything we needed.

This house was so clean when we arrived. We loved how everything was close by. We really enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Georgetown area. The neighborhood was so quiet. It was an excellent place to spend our little family getaway. We had nothing we didn't like. Everything was perfect.

I’ve been traveling and using this Airbnb for several years, this place was phenomenal it’s just as it’s described. I recommend this place for anyone that’s ready to relax, this will forever be my getaway spot for Lexington as long as I’m welcomed back.
